Description

A delicious fresh fruit tart with a crisp crust and creamy filling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 cup pastry cream
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, mango)
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam, warmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly.
  3. Add egg yolk and water, mix until dough forms.
  4. Press dough into tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Cool crust completely.
  6. Spread pastry cream evenly in crust.
  7. Arrange fresh fruits on top.
  8. Brush with warmed apricot jam.
  9. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
