A simple and delicious garlic butter gnocchi dish that’s quick to prepare.
Ingredients

- 500g gnocchi
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cooked gnocchi to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
