Description

Ingredients

  • 500g gnocchi
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add cooked gnocchi to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve immediately.
