Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently pull the meat upward, leaving it attached at the base.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
