- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss the cooked noodles in the garlic butter sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels by adding more or fewer red pepper flakes.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or toasted sesame seeds.
