Description

Garlic butter salmon is a simple yet flavorful dish that combines tender salmon fillets with a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Flip salmon and transfer skillet to the oven.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  8. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
