Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3 minutes.
- Flip salmon and transfer skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
