Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Pour in white wine (if using) and lemon juice, simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
