- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Baste the steak with the melted garlic butter for 1-2 minutes.
