A savory and easy-to-make garlic chicken lo mein dish with tender chicken and crisp vegetables.
Ingredients

- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Toss in cooked noodles and stir until evenly coated.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste if needed.
- Add chili flakes for extra spice.
