Description

Garlic fried rice is a simple and flavorful dish made with leftover rice, garlic, and a few basic ingredients. It’s quick to prepare and pairs well with many main dishes.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add cooked rice and stir well to coat with garlic and oil.
  4. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
