Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture evenly over the prime rib.

- Roast for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325°F (165°C).
- Cook for about 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
