- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
