- 4 cups bread cubes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes with melted butter.
- Add parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, onion, and celery. Mix well.
- Pour in broth and beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cups, pressing down lightly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from tin.
Notes
- Use day-old bread for best texture.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
- For crispier tops, broil for 1-2 minutes before serving.
