Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into small pieces, roll into ropes, and tie into knots.
- Place knots on a baking sheet, let rise for 20 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Brush with garlic butter, sprinkle Parmesan and parsley.
