Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the asparagus.
  4. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Roast for 12-15 minutes until tender.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the asparagus.
  7. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Serve immediately.
