Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Spread wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve hot.
