- 1 tbsp vinegar
- UV-reactive icing (black and white)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a round cake pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add water, oil, vanilla, and vinegar. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cake cool completely.
- Decorate with UV-reactive icing to create a skeleton design.
- Use black light to make the cake glow at your party.
