Soft, gooey cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze, perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup softened butter (for filling)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over it.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly on top.
- Roll dough tightly and cut into 12 slices.
- Place rolls in a greased pan. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- For extra gooey rolls, add more butter to the filling.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Freeze unbaked rolls for later use.
