Description

Greek Chicken Skewers are a flavorful and easy-to-make dish, perfect for grilling. Marinated in lemon, garlic, and herbs, these skewers are juicy and packed with Mediterranean taste.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Thread chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill skewers for 6-8 minutes per side until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with tzatziki sauce or pita bread.
