- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds per side.
- Fill tortillas with shrimp, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with sour cream and hot sauce.
- Serve with lime wedges.
