Ingredients

- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Toss bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill vegetables for 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
- Toss grilled vegetables with cooked pasta.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
