Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop broccoli into small florets.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Toss broccoli florets in the yogurt mixture until coated.
- Sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled.
