Ingredients

- 2 medium cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers and red onion thinly.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Add cucumbers, red onion, and feta cheese to the bowl.
- Toss gently to coat all ingredients.
- Sprinkle fresh dill on top.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
