Description

A refreshing and protein-packed cucumber salad perfect for a light meal or side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers and red onion thinly.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add cucumbers, red onion, and feta cheese to the bowl.
  4. Toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle fresh dill on top.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
