Ingredients
Scale
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly fry tofu until golden.
- In a bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
- Add fried tofu to the bowl.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Toss gently and serve.
Notes
- Use extra-firm tofu for better texture.
- Add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
