Description

A nutritious and protein-packed tofu salad perfect for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly fry tofu until golden.
  3. In a bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Add fried tofu to the bowl.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce and lemon juice.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Toss gently and serve.

Notes

  • Use extra-firm tofu for better texture.
  • Add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
