- 1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight)
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1–2 pitted dates (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Soak almonds in water for 8-12 hours, then drain and rinse.
- Add soaked almonds, 4 cups water, dates, vanilla, and salt to a blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth into a bowl.
- Squeeze out all liquid and transfer to a sealed container.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
- Use within 5 days for best quality.
- Shake well before use as separation is natural.
- Save leftover pulp for baking or smoothies.
