Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Blend cranberries and sugar until smooth.
  2. Heat milk in a saucepan until warm, then mix in cranberry puree.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Chill the mixture for at least 4 hours.
  5. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Freeze for 2 hours before serving.
