Ingredients

Instructions
- Blend cranberries and sugar until smooth.
- Heat milk in a saucepan until warm, then mix in cranberry puree.
- Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt.
- Chill the mixture for at least 4 hours.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Freeze for 2 hours before serving.
