Description

Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Combine ginger, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes.
- Strain the syrup into a clean jar or bottle.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
