Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine ginger, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes.
  4. Strain the syrup into a clean jar or bottle.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
