Ingredients

- 1 cup white vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Wash and stem the chili peppers.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve for smoother texture (optional).
- Pour into a clean bottle and refrigerate.
