  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash and stem the chili peppers.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh sieve for smoother texture (optional).
  5. Pour into a clean bottle and refrigerate.
