Make your own pumpkin spice syrup at home for coffee, desserts, and more.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Stir well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove solids.
- Let cool before storing in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Shake well before each use.
- Use in coffee, lattes, pancakes, or desserts.
