- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
- Brush the honey glaze over the salmon.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust glaze sweetness by reducing honey if preferred.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
