Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
