- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb lump crabmeat, drained
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheeses. Stir well.
- Fold in crabmeat, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
