- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
- Slice chicken into strips.
- Assemble bowls with rice, corn, black beans, avocado, cheese, and chicken.
- Drizzle with extra hot honey sauce if desired.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
