Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1 tea bag (black or green tea)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a small pot.
- Add the tea bag and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag and stir in honey and lemon juice.
- Add cayenne pepper if desired.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy warm.
Notes
- Adjust honey and lemon to taste.
- For extra spice, add a pinch of ginger.
