Description

A soothing and warming tea made with honey, lemon, and a hint of spice.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tea bag (black or green tea)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a small pot.
  2. Add the tea bag and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bag and stir in honey and lemon juice.
  4. Add cayenne pepper if desired.
  5. Pour into a cup and enjoy warm.
