Ingredients

  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water and let it cool for 2 minutes.
  2. Place the green tea bag in a cup.
  3. Pour the hot water over the tea bag.
  4. Let it steep for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove the tea bag.
  6. Add lemon juice and honey (if using).
  7. Stir well and enjoy.
