Description

A refreshing and simple iced lemon tea perfect for hot days. Easy to make with basic ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tea bags (black tea)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 lemon (sliced, for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Add the tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved.
  4. Let the tea cool to room temperature.
  5. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  7. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices.
