Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 lb sliced Italian salami
- 1/2 lb sliced ham
- 1/2 lb sliced provolone cheese
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup banana peppers
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop lettuce and slice all vegetables
- Layer meats and cheese on cutting board, roll tightly and slice into thin strips
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl
- Whisk together vinegar, oil and spices to make dressing
- Toss salad with dressing just before serving

- Best served immediately after dressing
- Add pepperoncini for extra spice
