Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta with tomatoes, olives, onion, bell peppers, and basil.
- Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, add grilled chicken or salami.
