- 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk milk, oil, egg, and sugar in another bowl. Add to dry ingredients.
- Fold in jalapeños, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and cilantro.
- Pour batter into prepared dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
