Description

Spicy jalapeño popper stuffed chicken combines juicy chicken breasts with a creamy, cheesy filling for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the filling.
  4. Close the pockets with toothpicks.
  5. Coat chicken with breadcrumbs, then drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
  7. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
