Ingredients

- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix tuna, cream cheese, jalapeño, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly on one slice of bread.
- Top with the second slice to form a sandwich.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
