Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Brush both sides of each patty with olive oil.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For extra moisture, add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise to the turkey mixture.
- If grilling isn’t an option, cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat.
