Description

A simple and healthy alternative to beef burgers, grilled turkey burgers are juicy, flavorful, and easy to make.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. Brush both sides of each patty with olive oil.
  5. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  6. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • For extra moisture, add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise to the turkey mixture.
  • If grilling isn’t an option, cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat.
