Description

Key Lime Pie Bars are a tangy and sweet dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust and creamy lime filling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a lined 8×8-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  4. Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Cool completely, then chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

  • Use fresh key lime juice for best flavor.
  • Chilling helps the bars set properly.
