Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake crust for 10 minutes.
  5. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, then lemon juice and zest.
  7. Pour filling over crust.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  9. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
