- 200g pasta
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add lemon juice and zest, stirring to combine.
- Toss cooked pasta and sliced chicken in the pan with the lemon garlic sauce. Mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
