- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the garlic-lemon mixture evenly over the fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the fillets for 15-30 minutes before baking.
- Substitute lime for lemon if preferred.
