Instructions

- Whisk sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust.
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the pie filling.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
