Ingredients

  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water.
  2. Add mint leaves and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into a cup.
  4. Add lemon juice and honey, stirring well.
  5. Serve hot or chilled with ice cubes.
