Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon poppyseeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, and sour cream.
  5. Fold in dry ingredients and poppyseeds.
  6. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
  7. Cool before slicing.
