- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
