Delicious pumpkin bars made with Libby’s pumpkin puree, perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Libby’s pumpkin puree
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, and sugars in a bowl.
- Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Pour batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add cream cheese frosting.
